About TCPA Letter Help
TCPA Letter Help is a set of checklists and worksheets for a business that received a TCPA demand letter. Every page is something to complete: tick boxes, fill in dates, run the exposure numbers, print, and bring to a lawyer.
The site exists because the businesses that receive a demand letter mostly have the same gaps: no record of what they did, no idea of the arithmetic, and no list of what to ask a lawyer. Checklists and worksheets fix those gaps faster than articles. Every sheet is written to be completed, printed, and handed over.
What the site is not
It is not legal advice and it does not create any relationship with a lawyer. It does not assess, rate or recommend any firm that sends demand letters or any firm that defends them. It does not tell you whether to pay a particular letter. Those decisions depend on your records and your facts, and a lawyer licensed in your state can advise on them.
Accuracy
The figures and citations come from the statute and the rules: 47 U.S.C. § 227, 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, 28 U.S.C. § 1658 for the limitations period, and Fla. Stat. § 501.059. Where the law is unsettled or depends on your facts, the page says so. Last reviewed 2026-11-03.
